Sassafras Southern Bistro

Right in the heart of downtown, Sassafras Southern Bistro focuses on Southern cooking done right. The menu leans into comfort classics but isn’t afraid to add a little edge—well-executed steaks, fresh seafood, and desserts that tend to steal the spotlight.

Turns out the entire Southeast's largest flea market sits just 30 minutes from Greenville in Anderson. The Anderson Jockey Lot sprawls across 2,100 vendor spaces – so you'll need comfortable shoes and a full day to see everything.

If you’re craving a change of scenery without committing to a long drive, point the car north. Dillsboro, NC, sits just under two hours from Greenville and feels like a place that moves at its own pace—in the best way.
