Good afternoon, Greenville!

AAA says 73 million people will hit the road for Thanksgiving this year, with Orlando being the number one destination. Apparently everyone wants to swap their turkey for Mickey Mouse and 80-degree weather.

Me? I'll take crisp fall air over palm trees any day during the holidays. Greenville's forecast shows low 60s for Thanksgiving, which is just about perfect.

Yellow Ginger Asian Restaurant 🍜

Price range: $15.95 - $21.95

One of my go-to restaurants when looking for something casual yet tasty.

This cozy Southeast Asian spot always feels so welcoming. The staff is pleasant and attentive, the prices are reasonable, and the food comes out quickly.

But let's talk about the food! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with beautifully balanced sauces. You must try the Pad Thai, Mee Goreng, Hokkien Mee, and their seafood dishes! The dining room is clean and casual, making it the perfect easy stop after a day out and about.

Limoncello is serving up a weekday happy hour worth slipping out early for. Enjoy ½-off pizzas, $2 meatballs, and special pricing on select beer, wine, and liquor. A little Italian sunshine in downtown Greenville. Saluti!

If you’ve wanted to launch a food business without the high startup costs, Imagine Kitchen in Greer is a flexible, affordable way to get started. This SC Dept of Agriculture approved shared commercial kitchen offers 24/7 access, professional equipment, storage options, and easy online scheduling. Rates start around $15/hour ( minimum required), and you can use the space for cooking, baking, classes, tastings, or product videos. Located just off I-85, it’s a convenient home base for farmers market vendors, pop-ups, and new food entrepreneurs.

Honor Tower
The Honor Tower at Unity Park is now open. Visitors can climb 176 steps or ride the glass elevator to the top for sweeping views of downtown Greenville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Admission is free. The tower is open Tuesday–Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM.
